The wall AC unit was delivered to an incorrect address. It was shipped back to the sender, which was Frigidaire.. When I realize that this had happened, I was trying to contact Customer Service since 10 March we are 11 March and finally got a hold of a real person who listened and acted promptly. Thank you David. I appreciate it.

Just replaced a previous non Frigidaire AC with new Frigidaire. New AC is working very well. Plenty of cold air and the fans are much quieter than the previous AC. So far I am very satisfied with it. Temperature outside is between 90 and 100. So far no problem handling that kind of heat and humidity.
