It's been several months since we got the new induction range. Deliver way great! The installers were careful and setup was fast. We love using it, and everything heats up sooo quickly. Boiling water is insanely fast, I'm considering getting a compatible kettle instead of using our little electric countertop one. The unit draws A LOT of power, especially with multiple burners runnng, so make absolutely sure have have the required breakers for it. There is definitely a hum when using the induction top. It's not teribbly noticible since I also run the range hood when I cook, which is louder. The hum does get louder with more burners on. I dont know if thats more and issue with our electrical (we do have some unrelated wiring issues), or the unit. There are a bunch of options I haven't used yet, like the air fryer and wifi connect. The oven preheats quickly, the temperature is accurate and heats evenly. The only minor downside/annoyance is that the touch panel is very sensitive, so I often accidentally hit a setting with my torso when leaving in. like almost every time I cook.

This range definitely doesn't live up to the induction hype. Despite having the right kind of cookware, it is slow to heat, and we were plagued by an issue with one of the burners not recognizing any pans up until the point that the entire unit died nine months after purchase.

This is my first induction range. I have owned many GE profile appliances and thought it would be the right choice, and it was. It is so fast at heating, cooks so evenly(even better than my previous GE profile cook top), and is amazingly easy to clean. The oven great as well. The easy clean tray is amazing. I like it in general but I tend to use the oven a lot and I™™ve realized that the front where the knobs are (the metal plaque) gets very hot because of the hot air coming from the oven vents and it Dangerously hot, not very well designed. I™™ve had it for a month or so. I wish that could be fixed somehow.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. My experience has been extremely frustrating: ™ Broke after the first week of use. / bad line connection/ ™ Contacted Home Depot, and it took a week for a technician to arrive. Home depot delivery come to check if my stove is plunged in ™ After 4 hours on the phone, the technician come and only confirmed the issue and said parts needed to be ordered. ™ A week later, a different technician arrived but said another part was needed. ™ During the third scheduled visit, the technician never showed up (appointment window was 12™5 PM). ™ After waiting 40 minutes on hold with GE Support, I was told the technician on the way after he finished the previous visit. Called again, transfer to dispatcher to find out that visit was canceled at 2:30 PM and my appointment was moved to the following week without notifying me. ™ GE Support was unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and never resolved the issue. ™ Home Depot initially approved a return and scheduled the date, then day before pick up called and said GE had not authorized it, leaving me stuck with a non-working stove. Customer Service Experience: ™ GE Support Representatives did not listen, provided inaccurate information, and showed little concern for my situation. The problem is they lied to straight and been extremely rude ™ Month without a working brand new stove caused unnecessary stress and frustration. YOU ARE STUCK , CAN RETURN AND CAN FIX The only positive experience was with Karia I think from Home Depot Corporate Resolution, who was understanding and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, after that, no meaningful progress was made. I would not recommend this product or the warranty service based on my experience.

It™™s an ok stove and oven. I find the induction will turn itself off if you don™™t have the pan very centered. It cooks well enough! Also the smart features seem super limited like you can just get a notification if preheat is done? I might need more experience but so far it™™s nothing special. Could use a slate variety for sure.

We bought the range on March 24th, 2026 and was dead on arrival. I've been given the runaround with service tickets. I reported the stove not working right away, but it took 6 weeks for the repair guy to determine he can't fix it and I need to bring in the GE service guy to come with his special GE smart device, instead. What a waste of my time!! My old and busted induction stove at least worked with all my induction-ready pots and pans. I had no issue with it aside from the fact it was old, and I wanted a new stove go with my brand new kitchen. I am very disappointed in this product and I do NOT recommend it.

Love the front knobs. However, using 10" frying pan from Green Pan, big burner does not register the pan, and medium burner does not get hot enough to brown meat or carmelize onions. Ran on HI for 20 mins straight and no browning at all. Should have put a slightly larger "medium" burner and a slightly smaller "large" burner.

Electrical Hazard

The range was shipped with an electrical hazard which was not flagged by the installer. Appliances must have cable protection to prevent short circuits and fires; this range had the outer insulation cut back beyond the enclosure and the wires are unsafely resting against sharp steel. I did find that the instructions require additional parts to fix this, and the cord installation is shipped with the ground and neutral wires bonded, which is also a code violation.

A nice looking range with a strong induction cooktop. It connected to the SmartHQ app without any trouble and allowed connection to the OTR GE Profile microwave. The only issue is the bottom drawer is not quite aligned correctly, the right side is a little lower than the left side. I've looked at the drawer and the slide and don't see any way to adjust it. It opens and closes the way it should so it's only a cosmetic thing but bugs my wife.

There™™s a learning curve coming from electric to induction. It™™s definitely more precise with the heat. The air fryer takes longer to cook than a standard small fryer but it works well. The app features work well. The keypad doesn™™t seem as sturdy but works well so far.

Only owned it a month, so far love it. It™™s our first induction stovetop, and we™™ve had several glass top stoves in past. The stovetop heats up quickly and adjusts to the pan no matter which ring, as long as pan meets minimum size 7™ - so just get the right pans. As soon as pan is removed, it shuts off, so easy to leave the dials on and walk away. Have begun to use air fryer, too, and works nicely, heats up quickly and especially love the Smart Q app, so I can closely monitor the oven from other rooms or outside. The steam clean is a breeze, so this oven is really shining. I consulted with a local appliance store then found better deal at Cosco and very satisfied.

We have had this range for about a month now. The induction eyes are blazing quick to heat up. I can cook scrambled eggs in about 2 minutes instead of the 15 or so before. The oven is about the same as aby other electric oven I have ever owned. It does heat fairly quickly, I do like the fact that I can remove the bottom of stove and clean it

The induction heat is so responsive. When a pot is at full boil, turn it down and immediately the boiling stops. The tea kettle stops screaming. Real fine heat setting can be achieved with this stove. Very happy with it.

We™™ve had this range installed for just over a month and we are still in the process of navigating the features™¦mostly the induction stovetop with it being our first induction range. It doesn™™t boil water as fast as we expected, but it does cool very quickly. That™™s a great quality, having two small children at home. The other thing I love about it is that the burners don™™t get hot or they turn themselves off if there™™s nothing on the stove top. I™™m a little disappointed that I had to get rid of my heavy duty stainless steel pots because they aren™™t magnetic. In all I do love this range

So far, I love it. Had it about two weeks. I haven't used all the functions, and getting used to it after having gas took a couple of tries (and burnt pancakes), but it's good. Doesn't overheat the kitchen; no threat of flame; control is responsive and quick. Good stove.

Overall, we're very happy with our new GE induction range. The range itself has worked very well, and we've found it surprisingly easy to transition from gas to induction heat (perhaps partly because of the temp control knobs). The oven seems to heat accurately and has worked well for our basic needs. We love the removable plate at the bottom of the oven for easy cleaning. In my experience, the main negative of this unit is the oven control panel. I've found it to be a bit finicky in responding to touch--especially when I'm cooking and my fingers are slightly wet. Sometimes I have to attempt multiple times before the panel registers what I'm trying to push. Also, very minor, but the storage area below the oven feels a bit flimsy/lightweight (though it does the job).

Touch screen for oven was loose on right side of it, making it hard to unlock screen when using the lock feature. Large burner stopped working in the first two weeks. I do like the air fry feature.

The induction cooktop is wonderful! Heats water to boil in a few minutes. I™™m having trouble with the oven timer and oven temperature controls. When the oven is hot, then opened or not, the timer bottom and temperature button will not engage until it™™s a bit cooler. Quite annoying, as I have to use another timer. And I™™m noticing a change in temperature of the oven compared to my previous oven, it runs hot. I will have to check the temperature with an oven thermometer. Today, I lower the temperature when making sourdough bread, it was much better.

Works but obvious flaws

Range works well and does its job well enough. It is nicer than my old electric coil range. Here are the downsides: The glass cook top got some weird marks like the top layer slightly delaminated after the first use. Almost like when your screen protector on your phone gets bubbles under it. The marks are small though and I came in with the understanding that it wouldn't look new for long, so it's okay, but still not great quality for that to happen. There is a rubber seal around the perimeter of the glass cooktop that catches crumbs and ceramic cleaner. It hasn't looked clean since the first use either. The induction behaves well enough and is pretty quiet with good pans, but occasionally you can hear it cycling on and off with clicks rather than heating evenly. This doesn't happen often and may be related to pan mismatch with the burner. Last, and probably the most annoying thing, is the bottom drawer handle. There is a handle recess on the top of the bottom storage drawer, but because it is on the top, you have to flip your hand upside down and pry against the over door, essentially pushing the drawer towards the floor while trying to pull it out. Because the drawer rollers are not awesome, this extra friction of pushing the drawer down makes it harder to pull out. My last oven, a dirt cheap Frigidaire had a better designed storage drawer. Would I buy it again? Probably, bit that's because I think the competition at this price range is worse, and I couldn't afford a better one

DOA at 2 weeks old, now waiting for service???

So far I am not impressed. My front right burner (the biggest one) is DOA. The appliance store I bought this from is now scheduling a service call so the technician can come out to "take a look at it". The point is, I don't want this unit now. I paid a pretty penny to have this QUESTIONABLE APPLIANCE in my brand new kitchen only to find out I have to cook 3lbs of chicken on a small burner. This is highly unacceptable for a brand NEW unit that's been in my house 2 weeks. I don't trust it and I wouldn't trust a straight replacement. I simply want it out of my house and a refund, please. I had high hopes going with GE thinking it was a trusted brand but after 2 weeks I am unable to use it, it™™s taking up space in my kitchen....now I HAVE to waste MY precious time waiting for a technician to fiddle around with it, apply a bandaid and leave, hoping to make me happy? NO THANKS.

The stove top burners do not heat up unless on high. I put it on medium for 5 minutes and I could touch the burner it was barely warm.

Very pleased with this range! The induction is quick, convection works perfectly, and we're so glad we chose this one. The capacity is slightly smaller than my old oven, but I can still fit 2 baking sheets using convection with no problem. The only thing we don't love is the button panel. It works fine, but because it's a touch-screen, the buttons can be finicky. Sometimes we have to press a few times to get it to work. We're getting used to it though. Some people complain about the cheaper oven racks and drawer on the bottom, but we've never had anything nicer, so we don't even notice. We have an old school countertop, so we found a black stainless backsplash piece to bridge the gap in the back. It's uneven in the pic because it's not installed yet. Overall, for the price, we're very happy with this range.

Great range! We love it. Cooks fast. It does make a noise when the burners are on but I think that™™s expected with the magnetic burners. That™™s how I know they™™re on. I read other reviews saying the vents from the oven get scorching hot and are ™dangerously hot™ but we haven™™t experienced that and I use the oven almost daily. I mean it™™s warm yea but I can safely put my hand there and not get scorched. Overall very happy with our purchase!

Induction is amazing! I can't believe how fast this thing boils water! The air fry feature is nice although I wish it would have come with an air fryer basket. The bottom drawer is a little flimsy and not as robust as I would have liked. Cleaning the cooktop is easy although the rubber strip on the front does catch gunk very easily. Overall very happy w/ my purchase.
