I ordered my new filters March 2, 2018. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. When I took them (I ordered an extra to have for the next time) out of the package, I found that they were not the one that I ordered. On the box it said that it fit all Electrolux Icon refrigerators. It didn't fit mine. I called and they said that they would have to research, and that they would call me back. Michael called me back on March 22 to tell me that there was a problem in the warehouse and that he was replacing the order. I received the new order on March 31. It took some time, but they did follow up and follow through as quickly as they could. I now have the correct filters, and I know that they work well from using them previously.

Originally bought from Amazon but it was the wrong item even though the part number was the same. Bought direct from Electrolux and the item was a perfect fit.

Our water just trickled out of the refrigerator spout and then, we installed the new water filter! What a difference! Great taste and a great stream of water too!

I'm somewhat a believer in hygiene, so routinely changing items such as water & air filters make sense to me. I also expect quality, so I prefer to order direct from the manufacturer, as I did in this case. Ordering from the Electrolux Web site was straight forward and uncomplicated.

Are you kidding me $50.00 for a filter you are supposed to change every 6 months. Next time I'll buy the knockoff for half the price. Bought all Electrolux appliances for new house absolutely hate them all would never purchase your products again.

I purchased this brand because, unlike other perhaps less expensive substitutes do not clearly state what they protect against. This filter really protects you and makes sweet tasting safe water with having to go out and buy plastic water bottles with God knows what leaching out of the plastic.
