Wrong part inside the box

We wanted to get a LG mount since we purchased an LG TV thought this would be the best fit possible. When we tried to mount everything we realized the part in the box was not what the description was. Caused great frustration and we ended up running out to a local store to get something that would work. Since then trying to return the product has become difficult. Customer service is lacking.

Tv has a very good picture. However far too much advertising of their own products makes it difficult to use the tv smart features.
