Lemon!

This Monogram 30" top-of-the-line built-in refrigerator is a lemon. This is an extra household refrigerator, so it is not used more than a couple of times a week. We've had numerous problems since it was installed. The ice-maker wouldn't stop making ice during the first couple of months, so it overflowed and jammed the freezer drawer. The electronic system then broke down so that the refrigerator was dead for close to two months until it could be repaired. And today I am calling about a broken door hinge! This refrigerator was installed in March of 2025 and not even used until June of 2025 when I moved into my new home. I am sorry I purchased this model.

Faulty ice maker.

This is my second of this model, the first failed and now this one has an ice maker that barely works. Will have to be replaced. Otherwise the refrigerator is very roomy for a 30™€ refrigerator and works well.

Sooo many issues. Ice maker arm does not actually prevent ice from overflowing and falling into back of the freezer. Only way to get ice out from back is to use a spatula or long spoon. And even then only a couple of cubes at a time. Stainless steel panels came in damaged 6 times. Doors were extremely tough (if not impossible) to open at times as suction was really really strong.

Ice maker issues

Second time I™€™ve bought this fridge. Was great the first time but having issues now. I™€™ve overflowing/frost everywhere. This is after I cleaned it out and tried to fix it a week ago. Any hints on best freezer setting? I don™€™t want to turn off the ice maker.

Good looking product but it does not function well and definitely not worth the money. I have had problems since the day we bought the dual refrigerators. Neither refrigerator works properly. I have owned the refrigerators for 8 months and we have had nothing but problems. I would not buy this particular model. This refrigerator does not seem to represent the Monogram quality that I am used to having.

Love the fridge™€¦ HATE the ice maker!

I have two units installed side by side. But BOTH ice makers do not stop making ice. The bins over-fill. Then I have to pull really hard to open the ice drawer. When I open the drawer, the mound of extra ice gets caught on something above and it doesn™€™t come out with the remaining ice in the drawer. So now the drawer is open, and I can get my ice, BUT I can™€™t re-close the drawer. The extra mound of ice has now fallen into the space behind the drawer and is blocking the drawer™€™s path. Time to get a wooden spoon and fish out the mound of ice so I can close the drawer!

First the refrigerator is beautiful! The cooling aspect is wonderful. I really wanted to give this a 4 star, but too many design issues that could have been resolved with solid testing from someone who actually uses refrigerators. As stated by another user, ice from the ice tray falls behind the drawer. Once ice dropped while the drawer was open and was a difficulty removing so I could close the drawer. The doors are massive and must be open all the way in order to open the single drawer without causing damage. Most people are inclined to open it large enough for their body to fit...which is about 1/2 way. The shelf spacing would be so much better if just repositioned 1/2". The way the slots are, the shelf spacing is not far enough apart to fit tea and soda bottles...unless you have wasted space above them....which limits what space you have above for other shelves. It is minor, but I like to make the most of my space. Finally, the water filter is positioned in such a way that it is difficult to operate at. I can see it, I just don't have the hand strength to move it at that angle (behind the freezer door).

Pretty and of course works to keep food cold, but the ice falls behind the bucket as we open the drawer and prevents the drawer from closing. The inside drawer also scratches the door. Where™€™s the engineering??? Also our Nebraska Furniture Mart rep has been terrible. Our whole kitchen is monogram or else I™€™d swap fridge systems out stat.
