We™€™ve had the panel ready freezer for six months. Stopped freezing. Can™€™t get service for a WEEK. Not expected with monogram. We™€™ve already had our dishwasher serviced 3 times in 6 months. Really regretting these appliance purchases for our brand new kitchen.

Absolutely terrible product

Fed up and want replaced 8/23/2023

Monogram moderated and refused first review. The freezer we were provided made no ice. This was a known issue and not told to us until 6-7th attempt at tech coming out to fix. Several parts put ok Freezer to attempt to resolve until over 15 visits later we finally received a ™€˜patch fix™€™. Almost a year for Monogram to resolve, and now Freezer is in poor condition.

After at least 15, NO EXAGGERATION!!! trips by a tech, and the promise that the resolution would happen today with their patch - STILL NO ICE AND MY KITCHEN IS IN SHAMBLES ONCE AGAIN!! We have emptied our freezer contents and offloaded shelves twice, our freezer pieces have dents from the continuous wear are tear from techs, floor is dented, counter scratched™€¦ and STILL no ice and what is now a makeshift freezer with so many parts thrown at it, it™€™s hard to say what will last on it at this point! We are absolutely furious how much we out into this freezer and Monograms answer is to keep sending the same terrible technicians and to keep throwing parts at it! Love how they are pushing us out past our warranty so they don™€™t have to deal with the broken freezer they started us off with! It has NEVER worked properly since the beginning and someone needs to resolve this issue because it has literally been almost a year of someone in and out of our home every single month doing nothing but making a mess and wasting our time!

Terrible Freezer

We have had our freezer installed for only 4 months. Our freezer has stopped making ice and all our food has been defrosted due to ice build up like the pictures below. Monogram freezer is beautiful but not functional. Really displeased. Hopefully they have a fix because this isn™€™t sustainable every 4 months

Freezer that does not freeze, makes no ice

This freezer column worked a few months, then suddenly gave a notification that set temperature wasn't cold enough. Since then, it simply does not freezer, does not make ice and the app says it's all fine. 2 times technicians have come to my house, reset it, even changes the main board and still doesn't get to freezing temperature and, of course no ice and we had to two away our damaged food and have a multi thousand dollar appliance that doesn't work. Incredible.

Faulty ice maker. Panel install kit missing parts

The ice maker stopped working after 3 days, eventually we were told that the design is faulty and monogram is ™€œworking on a fix™€ without a solid ETA. To their credit they did send us a countertop ice maker for free to use until the fix is ready, but that™€™s a pretty poor solution for an ultra premium freezer. Additionally the panel install kit was missing parts and the replacement they sent was the wrong one, so we™€™ve been waiting for 4 months for a new one. We wish we had gone with any other appliance maker for our remodel. We would just throw this out and get a new one if we could, but we designed our cabinets around these appliances so nothing else will fit without a major cabinet change.

Holds a ton of food!

We love the sleek look this adds to our kitchen. The auto fill water pitcher is wonderful for a large family always looking to fill water bottles with cold water. My only complaint is the blue masking tape used in shipping. I am still finding bits of blue tape and glue inside our fridge and have to carefully use a razor blade to remove it.

As an Interior Designer I wanted a panel ready Frig & Freezer and opted for these because they are priced well. After waiting over 6 months to get them, we attempted to flip the door on the freezer which took over 4 hours and then the correct parts were not included. After multiple discussions with our salesman who was talking to GE and sending videos, GE send the needed part but for a 30™€ not a 36™€. This took about a month. Then, the ice maker stop working in the first month. After two service calls, the technician told us to defrost the freezer. Take everything out and see if it would make ice when we turned it back on. It™€™s spit out about eight ice cubes and that™€™s it. Now we™€™ve tried countless times to get another tech out, but doesn™€™t work into our schedule. All we want is an icemaker that works!

Installed on Dec 3rd 2022. Technician came on Dec 16 ordered parts. Jan 13 brought parts installed them - still doesn™€™t work. Jan 24 GE monogram technician came to the house -still doesn™€™t work This is an expensive brand new appliance. This is not acceptable Now I was given another appointment for Feb 14. So disappointed with this brand.

Don't Buy

Received this early July '21, and I still don't have ice in Sept. '22. It took months to determine that the water line kept freezing over which resulted in no ice. We have been waiting since early spring for a replacement model. They shipped one to us, but their delivery company wouldn't deliver it. So, we are waiting for a new model to be available in late December. Hoping a different company will deliver it.
