The refrigerator is very small for storage space. It also doesn™€™t fill up the water dispenser to the appropriate level after each use. Sometimes it fills, or overflows, or doesn™€™t fill at all. The water pitcher is very flimsy and has broken twice for me within a 6 month period of having the refrigerator. The carbon filter in the water pitcher is also 90% of the time not covered with water, so it™€™s pointless to have. Not what I expected for an $8,500 appliance.

Love the water pitcher

At first I was unsure, but now I love the built in water pitcher. The water in the pitcher is filtered and always full. After several months of use, I love it. There is a squeaky sound when the door closes. I think this is a loose bolt or hinge that can hopefully be fixed. otherwise nothing but good to say.

I really like the ability to have fridge and freezer separate. I have the fridge in the kitchen and matching freezer in the pantry. It allows for flexibility and optimizes space for food. This fridge is a great size and accommodates all the food that we need - even when entertaining. The features I like best are the metal/glass shelves (no plastic) and the lights. We kid that we can hear a choir when we open it. Would buy it again!

Don™€™t think just because you spend a lot of money on a high end product means you™€™re getting quality. The ice maker has not worked since the first day. We™€™ve had 2 service calls and the part needed is on back order. It has been more than 6 months which is unacceptable when the appliance is so expensive. Bad product and poor service.

The product came with bent panel that couldn't be installed and had to be returned, still waiting for a ETA of when they will deliver new panel. Products were bought in October 2021, delivered in July 2022 with quality issues. 3rd Monogram product that came with quality defects (range and microwave).

Great fridge, arrived damaged

We bought this 3 months ago and it finally arrived. However, the stainless panel for the column freezer was damaged, so our installer did not install the panel for the fridge, either. Now, we are putting up with absolutely terrible communication from the manufacturer to our distributor regarding when our replacement will arrive. We still have no clue when our Monogram range will arrive and keep getting a date that gets pushed back every week. We don™€™t have a date at all for when our replacement freezer panel will arrive. On top of all this, we apparently have a new Monogram rep who is servicing our distributor, and this rep has apparently not been trained on how to get these answers either. It™€™s getting very frustrating to open our fridge without a handle, yet we have been charged in full for the incomplete item and incomplete installation. Fridge seems nice, though, so I give it 5 stars.

This refrigerator has every feature that I wanted. It is extremely well made, spacious, has excellent lighting, drawers slide smoothly and seal well, and the shelves are very sturdy. Temperature control is outstanding. The automatic filling water pitcher is a very nice bonus. If you can afford this, I highly recommend it!!
